You can reflect the selected edges and entities inside the sketches at another planes or surfaces in Solidworks. It is very useful feature in such situations that you want to obtain a reflection sketch of a another feature or another sketch in another plane. You can do this kind of thing in Solidworks with ‘Convert Entities’ command. So in this article we will explain the use of ‘Convert Entities’ command with a very basic example below.
How To Use Convert Entities Command In Solidworks Sketching?

For example we want to reflect the circle edge as shown by red arrow to the shown geometry by green arrow above. To do this kind of thing in Solidworks sketching, click on ‘Convert Entities’ command as shown by blue arrow above.

After entering into the ‘Convert Entities’ command, click on the edge of the geometry to select the entity to reflect on ‘Plane1’. To reflect entities on planes or surfaces with ‘Convert Entities’ command, a sketch must be active on this plane or surface. Click on little green yes button as shown by red arrow above to complete the process.

So it is very basic to use ‘Convert Entities’ command in Solidworks sketching as above.
