How To Draw Parallelograms In Solidworks Sketching?

To draw paralleograms with Parallelogram command, click on the little pop-up menu as shown by green arrow above then click on the Parallelogram command as shown in green box in Solidworks.

After entering to the Parallelogram command in Solidworks, select a proper plane or feature surface to draw parallelogram.

After entering to the Parallelogram command, click on the desired point on sketching as shown by green arrow above to specify the first corner point of parallelogram. The green box region shows the cursor location that will be the second corner point according to first point.

We selected the first point as shown by green arrow above in Solidworks sketching, then select the second point of corner of parallelogram as shown by blue arrow. The blue box shows the point location according to first point and parallelogram incle angle in Solidworks sketching.

If you select the ‘For Construction’ option as in red box above, the drawn geometry will be as shown by red arrow in Solidworks.

You can also enter the parallelogram parameters as X an Y locations as shown above. So drawing parallelograms in Solidworks sketching is very easy as you see.
