There is a bunch of result showing options to observe the analysis for object and mesh edges in ANSYS® Mechanical. You can use them to show results effectively in your reports. Here, we explain these edge result showing options in ANSYS® Mechanical.
How To Show Edge Results In Different Manners In ANSYS® Mechanical?

For solved analyses in ANSYS® Mechanical, you can see the edge situations with viewing options shown in the red box above. You can select the proper viewing option from this drop-down menu.
- No Wireframe: The wireframe of the deformed or undeformed model will be hidden with this option. An illustration of the result will be like below when you select this option in ANSYS® Mechanical.

- Show Undeformed Wireframe: This can be a very useful option to compare deformed and undeformed forms of analysis in ANSYS® Mechanical. Undeformed form of geometry wireframe will be shown like below if you select this option.

- Show Undeformed Model: This is also very useful like the above option of viewing. But the difference is, it shows the undeformed geometry. You can see the undeformed model as a silhouette like below in ANSYS® Mechanical.

- Show Elements: This is also another useful option to see the deformed model with a mesh structure. You can assess the mesh structure with a deformed model effectively with this option. The illustration of the result will be like below if you select this option in ANSYS® Mechanical.

Conclusion
As you see above, the edge result showing options in ANSYS® Mechanical is very effective for your analysis reports.
