The sweep method is a mesh creation method in ANSYS® Mechanical such as hexagonal meshing and quad/tri meshing. So you can use the sweep method to obtain mesh structures in ANSYS® Mesher. But you need to know, which bodies are sweepable in ANSYS® Mesher to use the sweep method on it. In this context, we will show you how to see sweepable bodies in ANSYS® Mesher.
How To See Sweepable Bodies In ANSYS® Meshing?

For example, we want to obtain a mesh structure by using the Sweep method in ANSYS® Mesher. To do it, you need to see which parts can be sweepable. There are two parts as you see above, and we want the sweepable bodies.

To see sweepable bodies in ANSYS® Meshing, right-click on the ‘Mesh’ tab as shown by the green arrow above then hover your mouse on ‘Show’ then click on ‘Sweepable Bodies’ as shown by the red arrow in ANSYS® Mesher.

After clicking on ‘Sweepable Bodies’ in ANSYS® Mesher, ANSYS® shows us the sweepable body as shown by the green arrow above.
Conclusion
To show sweepable bodies in ANSYS® Meshing is very easy like above. Do not forget to leave your comments and questions about showing ‘Sweepable Bodies’ in ANSYS® Mesher below!
